The LW-691S Ear Thermometer is a high-tech, intricate electronic temperature measuring device. It measures the infrared rays emitted from a body, and then employs a microcomputer to quickly and accurately calculate the body's temperature. Utilizing this principle provides LW-691S with the ability to measure the surface temperature of objects in an extremely short time. For the accurate measurement of an object's surface temperature, it is recommended that LW-691S be held at a distance between 0.5 ~ 1.0 cm(0.2 ~ 0.4 inches).
